When we speak of mind, we usually think of the brain. The mind is not the brain. It is the brain of the brain, the brain of the spirit.
Man is usually aware of his conscious mind but unaware of the subconscious, and unconscious realm which rules his life.
The conscious mind is simply where our attention is at the moment. If I see the chair in front of me, I have conscious awareness of that chair.
With conscious awareness, we are able to make changes. Our abilities lie in what we are aware of, thinking analytically, logical order.
The subconscious mind equals subjective mind. It is how we create our ego, who we think we are.
Ego – a person’s sense of self-esteem or self-importance.
It is where our emotions memories, and beliefs are. It is the big database. It’s where your beliefs, behaviors, attitudes, patterns, habits are stored.
The subconscious mind is the intelligence decoder. It is the power of the mind, and sending electrical impulses of information to billions of cells in our body.
It decodes the imagination, the feelings, the impulses, sensations, and instincts which results in intuition.
When we say to create your reality, we really mean to create your subjective reality to change the perception of your worldview. Because we are limited by the perception in our mind.
Our experiences are also limited. Therefore, when we expand our perception, we expand our experiences.
You are changing the goggles through which you view the world. In changing our subjective world, we create a different experience in the outer reality.
Subconscious is about you, your imagination sense of self-memory, personality, and character.
Unconscious is about nature, the universal mind, the universe, and governing patterns of life.
Conscious is the flashlight in a dark room. Subconscious is the darkroom. Unconscious is the house.
Removing the limiting beliefs you were conditioned, and reprogramming the subconscious mind will bring you great change.
The Mind
The conscious mind which is when we’re awake alert is the rational, analytical part of the mind. It stores all of our temporary memory.
The subconscious mind which is when we’re about to sleep but we’re not asleep, and it stores all of our permanent memory.
And because the subconscious mind stores all of our permanent memory, and it’s also the part of the mind that’s most responsible for the booking of habits like smoking and eating, it’s the part of the mind that’s most responsible for the forming of beliefs about ourselves and also the world around us.
It’s the part of the mind that’s responsible for our emotions, our feelings, and also our imagination.
The unconscious mind which is when we are asleep. It’s our instincts, our intuition. It’s the part of the mind responsible for our automatic body functions, for example our heartbeat, or our breathing, or even what we think for example.
However, the unconscious mind is the part of the mind that’s most responsible for turning our beliefs and our desires into reality.
Imagine that you are a computer, and that your subconscious mind is the hard drive of the computer because it stores all of your permanent memory.
Your conscious mind is like a keyboard where you can type in commands. Even though you know a better way to be whether it’s to exercise, to eat healthy food, to stop smoking when you type in that command on the keyboard, it comes up with this thing called error.
That’s because the types of command or the conscious thought is not compatible with the information that’s been stored on the hard drive.
Shockingly, whether the information stored on the hard drive of the mind is logical, helpful, harmful, or even ridiculous, it really doesn’t matter, what it seems to react to is what it knows.
Unconscious mind: It consists of the processes in the mind which occur automatically and are not available to introspection, and include thought processes, memories, interests, and motivations.
