Energy means activity or working. In physics, it’s simply the property or the state of anything in our universe that allows it to do work. Whether it’s thermal, kinetic, electromagnetic, chemical, or gravitational.
All forms of energy are equivalent, that one form can be transformed into any other.
The laws of physics say that in a closed system, such as our universe, energy is conserved. It may be converted, concentrated, or dissipated, but it’s never lost.
Gravity isn’t simply the attraction of objects like stars and planets, he said, but a distortion of space and time, what he called space-time.
If space-time is like a fabric, he said, gravity is the warping of this fabric by a massive object like a star.
A planet orbits a star when it’s caught in this warped space like a ball spinning.
Think of a stretched rubber band. If you cut it, all that potential energy gets converted to kinetic energy, which is registered by you as pain.
Molecules are always moving. They’re not necessarily going somewhere, though they could be, but they are vibrating, stretching, bending, or spinning.
The more kinetic energy a group of molecules has, the higher its temperature.
And that means that on a hot day, the molecules in the air around you are spinning, stretching, bending, and generally shooting around much faster than on a cold day.
Everything that exists is energy. There is no solid matter, only the perceptual illusion of solid matter. The body therefore, and all aspects of it: bone, blood, flesh, nerves, brain, organs, hair, etc… are moving, pulsing energy vibrating at the rate of speed of this third dimension.
Matter is energy while everything seems solid. All the subatomic particles that made up electrons, protons, and neutrons have no physical size. They are made up of energy. Atoms are 99.9999999999% empty space.
The Human Body
The body is made up of atoms. These atoms are particles that are whirling at lightning speeds around huge empty spaces. And the particles aren’t material objects.
There are fluctuations of energy and information in a huge void of energy and information.
If you could see the body as it really is, you’d see that 99.9999% of it is mostly empty space. And the point zero, zero, zero, zero, one percent of it which you see as matter is also empty space.
The matter is just an illusion and artifact of our perceptual experiences as you sift through this very solid looking material body. You only have to go so far before you end up with a handful of nothing.
This is a scientific fact. The question is what is this nothingness?
What is this empty space that makes up everything in existence? Because it’s very clear that the basic raw material of the universe is that it’s not material.
The essential stuff of the universe is non-stuff because an atom which is the basic unit of matter is not really a solid entity.
It’s a void. But is this void an emptiness? Or could it be the womb of creation itself? Could it be the source of life itself?
Is this non-stuff or non-matter that makes up the entire universe just emptiness? Or is it thinking non-stuff, thinking non-matter that curves back within its own self and creates everything in existence from matter, energy, time, space?
As you dissect through the body the various layers of organs tissues cells, molecules, and atoms peel away until you get to the subatomic realm.
All that remains are bundles of energy vibrations. The nerve receptors in the body are switching stations that can take energy vibrations and turn them into touch, sight, sound, taste, and so on.
Quantom Physics
Quantum physicists discovered that physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating, each one radiating its own unique energy signature.
Therefore, if we really want to observe ourselves and find out what we are, we are really beings of energy and vibration, radiating our own unique energy signature.
This is fact and is what quantum physics has shown us time and time again. We are much more than what we perceive ourselves to be, and it’s time we begin to see ourselves in that light.
If you observed the composition of an atom with a microscope you would see a small, invisible tornado-like vortex, with a number of infinitely small energy vortices called quarks and photons. These are what make up the structure of the atom.
As you focused in closer and closer on the structure of the atom, you would see nothing, you would observe a physical void.
The atom has no physical structure. We have no physical structure, physical things really don’t have any physical structure! Atoms are made out of invisible energy, not tangible matter.
The universe is immaterial, mental, and spiritual.
Vibration
Your ‘vibration’ is a fancy way of describing your overall state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Even things that look solid are made up of vibrational energy fields at the quantum level. This includes you.”
From a scientific and metaphysical perspective, Sturdy further explains that we are a ‘being’ that is made up of different energy levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Each of these levels has a vibrational frequency, which combine to create your overall vibration of being.
